CBR: DC Comics Releases The Dark October Solicitations

DC Comics continues to shed light on October-releasing issues, focusing on The Dark line of books including "Animal Man," "Swamp Thing" and a new James Robinson-scripted "Shade" series.

whats wrong with that. Only an insane person would wear the fishnets all the time. That seems only like a thing she would wear at a show.

QFT. we pretty much had this talk in the other thread on the dark solicits. Im hoping she wears a different outfit during each issue.

Same here. A top hat and fishnet pantyhose is not something any vigilante heroine fighting crime and evil could possibly wear without looking ridiculous.

The new costume looks good to me, too.

Can anyone name the cast for Demon Knights? I see Shining Knight, and I am assuming Madame Xanadu, but I don't know about everyone else.

DEMON KNIGHTS sounds amazing. Definitely a breath of fresh air for the DCU.

I'm going with:

DEMON KNIGHTS
RESURRECTION MAN
FRANKENSTEIN, AGENT OF S.H.A.D.E.
 ANIMAL MAN
JUSTICE LEAGUE DARK

And maybe:
 SWAMP THING
THE SHADE

I'll have to give those a read in the store. So yeah, that's 5 for-sure DC Dark titles for me in October. I'll give each of those 5 through their first arc.

The rest are new characters. The woman swinging the chain is an Amazon, but not Wonder Woman.

but the fishnets are so identifiable with Zatanna. i don't understand the DCnU need to put pants on everyone. costumes should remain costumes, fun and recognizable, imho.

The new costume looks good to me, too.

I'd turn the big pants to a more slimier skinny jean.While the big pant look is great for fashion and and looks great it takes down on the fluidity of movement. Make The Brazier tighter with it being either black or white with a Black or white military Jacket.
