That's looks like Tom Judge in that teaser pic. If this turns out to be a Tom Judge book I am going to get even more excited!!

Perhaps the fine folks at CBR need to do some research before posting their teases, especially when one clearly features the Rapture aka Tom Judge.

Also, perhaps some title spell checking so as not to misspell artist's names?
