I wonder if we'll be getting teasers more teasers like this, as a set.

But I doubt they'd give Iron Fist, Dr. Strange, and Ms. Marvel solo ongoings all at once. In this market, that doesn't seem very realistic. This could just be about a new Iron Fist miniseries, or even teasing a new run of HfH...

Is it too much to hope for a Brubaker / Fraction / Aja reunion on whatever this project is?

Is Brubaker's only mainstream ongoing title Captain America and Cap and Bucky? How long will he be cowriting the Cap and Bucky book?

What about Fraction? With Fear Itself ending, he should have a lot more free time.

And is Aja doing anything besides covers for the Red Skull book? I LOVED his art on the first go-round of Immortal Iron Fist.

I'm not surprised Cap and Thor aren't.

I honestly think the Mighty is there to tackle the Worthy... they're basically going to tackle the sub-bosses while Cap and Thor deal with the actual big bad. Or at least that's what I suspect.

I actually don't think they will. It just seems too obvious, too clean cut. Sizing them up with the Worthy, i still think the Worthy will woop them. I think they are there to hold the line for a bit, until the huge twist I'm expecting happens.

Yep. I figure they'll be background noise and splash panels. I have a hard time seeing all of them getting their status quo drastically revised.

Brubaker has his creator-owned stuff, too, and a secret project. I'm not so sure he's planning on leaving co-writing duties on the Bucky book, since he seems to have entrenched himself in the Captain America franchise p firmly. (And Bucky is his character.)

Idk, Bru/Fraction/Aja on Iron Fist again is a lot and a very specific thing to hope for. It could happen, but I think that creative team is probably too A-list now for the character by Marvel marketing standards. It would be pretty great, and they all like Iron Fist, so maybe it could happen? But it seems like a longshot.

    That's an interesting group.
Just felt this should be re-quoted as it appears to have been overlooked.

I think Bru has something big planned for early next year related to that teaser image we saw in Cap Reborn, so he might not be available. Fraction has mentioned he was done with the character, but if he came up with another story he would love revisit him. And I know most people seem to hate Fraction, but Bru has said that Matt did most of the "heavy lifting" when it came to that book. He created most/all of the immortal weapons and pretty wrote all of the 2nd arc himself.

    gosh..I sure need a rest.

I'm not sure to like the way it had been putted, though. Interesting if the title develops that nuance actually. Hope FVL will write the thing as he seems to really have something to say with the character since long now. Anyway, giving the Big "33" we could see, I guess fans can rest assured the sub-plot around Danny' death will be considered..

Well if THE MIGHTY' members have their own ongoing after FI I'm glad because that mean SPIDERWOMAN and DR STRANGE titles..

I hadn't really thought about the possibility of this implying that all of the Mighty who don't have solo titles might be getting one. Afterall, it's only Monday, but I'm apparently brain dead for the week already.

Nevertheless, I find it interesting that all of the women in the Mighty have had solo titles canceled within the past few years. Ms. Marvel, She-Hulk... and it still applies whether the last one is Spider-Woman or Black Widow. It would be curious that they'd consider reviving those this quickly. (Not that I would be complaining!)

For Ms. Marvel in particular, it seems pretty similar to the pitch for her last title. She gets a power-up in a big event, realizes her full potential, ongoing? I would like to see a new Ms. Marvel book, but I'd hope they'd have a different, better premise for it.

Also, Hawkeye just had an ongoing too, and that mini that spun out of it.

Yeah, I don't think that a lot of that book was Fraction, but Brubaker really helped make it the best possible Fraction. The way it was described, it seemed like Brubaker was basically a glorified editor, but a glorified editor is something Fraction can use. It was a collaboration that benefitted both writers, IMO.

I categorized the highlighted letters after color and got "THE", "EEVORNEY", "HUST" and "HFTIG". After scrambling those letters I got the words THE, EVERYONE, SHUT and FIGHT. Can anyone guess what it could mean?

Sometimes my focus is a little narrow. Even the guys are all in the same boat, save for Dr. Strange. (For the purposes of this discussion, I am totally ignoring Spidey, Wolvie and Iron Man.) Both Iron Fist and Hawkeye have been canceled in recent years too. Interesting thought.

And of course, I'd be the first person to run out and buy a new Ms. Marvel book. I didn't think the premise in the past one was so bad... just the execution. But you're right. We wouldn't want to be THAT repetitive. Hopefully, assuming this line of discussion is actually correct, they could do something cool and lasting.
