Every time I think this might be a good series, I look at the art, and the character drawn (whoever it is) is always making the same face...
so, no thanks still.
The same cardboard expression is one thing but the displaced eye just proves Liefeld is getting lazier. Feck sake...

Dude, it's Liefeld.
"Oh, forget correcting that hand. What'dya mean it looks like a giant meaty glove grown into his arm and that muscle looks like a gigantic tumor? No one's gonna notice." :)
A decade into his career and you'd think he would have learned but I guess some things never change.

Liefeld is a cartoonist .. with his own exaggerated and identifiable style. Not into realism. Lot's of artists do non realistic cartoonish art to some degree .. it's nothing new. Some people dig it .. but in Rob's case .. a lot of people pile on the deragatory.
Anyhow, Kirkman is the part of this project I am into. He has been able to take genre .. and do his own thing with it. And be successful with it. I look forward to seeing what he comes up with for time travel ..
HOLY CRAP, WHAT'S WRONG WITH THAT GUY'S EYE?
Seriously, that shouldn't have left the artist's desk. Or the editor's desk. Or the public relations' desk. It shouldn't have gone out at all based purely on that horrible eye placement. I doubt that's part of the character's look.
Techcitement, the feeling some of us get when we discover some new (or even old and unfamiliar) tech. It’s also the name of a website with reviews and opinions on tech products and solutions, along with stories about how technology affects our every day lives from fitness to politics. Basically, if it's tech-related and excites us, we write about it.

Liefeld used to be... and yes, I'm shocked I'm saying this: better than this. he actually seems to get worse or lazier as he goes.
I can't imagine Liefield will be on board for more than a few issues to ensure his co-creator credit and will soon leave. Question is what talent will take it on and make it their own e.g. Charlie Adlard on WD, assuming it gets the chance to survive.
I have faith in Kirkman's ability to come up with a new take on this kind of story so I will give it a few issues to make its mark.

I guess there must be an insane amount of radiation in the future which explains the misplaced eye.

Just took another look at the promo piece and all I can wonder, is he trying to save her while pinching a loaf?
