As mentioned, Ult Cap's been fairly consistent. Jumping from planes without parachutes from the get go, even getting narrative support with mentions of things like lifting up cars, so forth.

Probably. Someone who knows more about biology can correct me if I'm wrong but I believe that there's actually cartilage between each vertebrae of your spine. I'm guessing the cartilage wasn't coated with admantium.

While I really, really enjoyed Ultimate Hulk vs. Wolverine, please don't try and take that comic seriously in any way.

There was a delay of YEARS between issues 2 and 3, and the writer basically decided to have it go completely off the wall in the remaining time. We are talking random spirit pandas, Logan surviving a nuke, Logan carrying on conversations as a disembodied head... do not apply logic to it.

    ..Did Ultimate Wolvie survive that?
Whoever appeals to the law against his fellow man is either a fool or a coward. Whoever cannot take care of themself without that law is both. For a wounded man shall say to his assailant, "If I Live, I will kill you, If I Die, You are forgiven." Such is the Rule of Honor.

Look at my above post. He survived EVERYTHING in that series. It's got to be non-canon, considering Ult Logan did, you know, die.
