The more I watch him, the more I don't like Luis Suarez.

The longer HMRC take to reach a verdict the less sure I am it'll go their way. If it was a clear-cut thing we'd have heard something by now surely?

There was some talk yesterday that Bill Miller had told the administrators of another 3 "ready to go" offers, which is also dodgy as hell. Where did they come from? I've already said I'll never go to another Scottish football match if a liquidated Rangers get off with it. It sets a horrible precedent for the many clubs in Scotland struggling financially and officially sets out that the Old Firm are more important than Scottish football as a whole. And I'm a Celtic supporter; the hold those clubs have is embarrassing enough. Broadcasting it so blatantly kills any pretence of fairness.

There's not much to like about him is there? He's not even that good a player IMO.

Blackburn's deputy chief executive Paul Hunt has been sacked after calling for Steve Kean's dismissal as manager.
According to a leaked letter seen by the Sporting Intelligence website, Hunt told the club's owners in December that it was time for the 44-year-old Kean to leave Ewood Park.
Hunt expressed the view that Kean's tenure "isn't working" and "is ready to go".
Rovers have made no comment but Kean is set to speak to the media on Wednesday.
Hunt's departure comes days after the club were relegated from the Premier League following a 1-0 home defeat by Wigan.

The administrator does indeed have another set of offers ready to go, but one won't be the Blue Knights who are walking away from what I heard on the radio. The fact that Rangers were talking about a demotion to Division 3 and McCoist was on about fighting their way back up last week, to talking about what players will still be around next season in the SPL is telling as it seems Rangers are thinking they might get away with this.

I hope fans protest and I hope Rangers fans join them.

The Europa League final is on now and there's already a goal and an excellent one it was too.

David Conn explains just why Portugese police are very interested in the Bebe transfer and it's a messy tale indeed.

other than someone whose name is going to produce a great deal of mirth amongst the supports. I can hear chants being created all the way over here.
What have I always believed? That, on the whole, and by and large, if a person lived properly, not according to what any priests said, but according to what seemed decent and honest inside, then it would, at the end, more or less, turn out ok.

Apparently he played six games for Wimbledon in the 90's. Nope, still don't know him, and it's a bit cheeky that when there's plenty of good young British managers out there, that they've went for someone nobody knows.

I know he is young but I wish someone would tell Sturridge: "You don't always have to shoot. Try passing to a teammate sometime."

That was an absolutely amazing game.

Congrats to City, though that is not the team I wanted to win.

    And in other news:

    Grazie, ragazzi.

I nearly started crying when I saw Gattuso do so.

Had my first conspiracy theory already. When Bolton's match finished a draw QPR let City score. Took ten minutes to get that one.

At the start of the season we'd lost 13 of the first 16 games, we did well to still have a chance on the last day.

I don't feel good about City winning, but I don't feel sad about United losing, so whatever. Even to a neutral, those last few minutes were amazing.

    Exactly my feeling.

Glad we made the Europa (even if it is in third round qualifier), now we need to win next Saturday to get into the UEFA Championship.
