Is this (http://www.dccomics.com/dcu/graphic_novels/?gn=19600) the same as this (http://www.dccomics.com/dcu/graphic_novels/?gn=95469 but in softcover?
And anyone know if there will be a new printing of the hardcovers?

I would like to see an Absolute for The Death of Superman; not for the story obviously but for the art. I mean, considering the last issue is completely made up of full page splashes, it would look quite brilliant.
Your name is Kal-El. You are the only survivor of the planet Krypton. Even though you've been raised as a human being, you are not one of them

I just got mail that the Geoff Johns Hawkman Omnibus is coming earlier than April 2012, and it seems they upgraded the page count from 300ish to near 700ish like they did with the Flash one, this is very good. :)
My comic collection. Go on, have a look. You know you want to.

Hopefully Batwoman gets collected in deluxe HC as well, to go alongside Elegy.
It's a shame that DC are offering more in the tpb than in the deluxe version. I'm guessing that the tpb collects the first 9 issues as well as Millar's Paradise Lost mini?

This is what i was told by a big Hawkman fan:
This guy isn't a current fan of Johns work, so the fact he liked this was promising enough for me with such a cheap price.Johns' Hawkman series is some of his best work. Although I think bringing in Kendra was an unneeded attempt at adding tension to the Hawks, overall the series is excellent. You get to see a lot of Carter Hall's past lives in the series, and you really get to see what makes Hawkman tick. There's a lot of Indiana Jones-type archeological adventure in that series, the difference being half the time the stuff Hawkman is digging up was from his former lives-so it's more like he's looking through his attic than he's a tomb raider. I loved Johns' Hawkman run.
There's an early story featuring enslaved anamorphic Indian elephants that is really really cool. They should bring those guys back.
