At one point a character mentioned that Antman seemed different. I hope that means Scott is now roaming around doing the hero thing. Also wonder if/when The Fantastic Four will come back in. I'd think that Reed would definitely be one they'd go after as he would be the most likely to come up with a workable "Skrull Detector" being such a genius and all.

I'm thinking of giving this series a shot, but I'm a bit wary after seeing a lot of bad superhero TV-adaptations lately... What's the general tone like in this series? How would you compare it to shows like Spectacular Spiderman or Batman: TAS?

It's a story-heavy show, where events in previous episodes end up paying off in future episodes, plus there's arcs like the whole Skrull angle, as well as the Kree/Skrull War that play into it as well.

It's serious with some goofy byplay...just like with real friendships/families. Not overly goofy like Ultimate Spiderman. Not even close to that show. (thank goodness.)

It's serious with good humor and good timing. Nothing like the crappy Ultimate Spider-Man.

Today's episode, "Who Do You Trust?" was amazing. The sense of fear and paranoia was handled incredibly well. This episode will be remembered as one of the best, not just for this series, but for all super hero cartoons.

Is Wakanda invading? i thought he felt they were going to be attacked.
