I really liked issue #18. I don't recall this Neutrino race before or the Fugitoid being one. Are they new or my memory just blocked this alien race from TMNT lore out for some reason.

The Neutrinos were from the original cartoon series:

That was one of my favorite episodes as a kid actually, and I found it hilarious just how much of that original design they kept.

The Fugitoid being a Neutrino is new though, I don't think his race was ever named back in the original comics.

I found that comixology has a new sale for tmnt that ends tonight at 11:00 eastern.
Issues 2-8 are .99 cents each and vol 1 is $3 and vol 2 is $4.

    EDIT

    The sale has ended.

Has anyone read 19 yet? I can't wait to see how Krang's War ends, I don't think it's looking good for the NRF and a win for Krang could make for an interesting set up for Cityfall.

Thanks for this. It's been so long since the cartoon that I don't recall each episode(I'm better with TF toons in that regard) so it's cool knowing this is where they are being brought over from. Still, that makes this their actual first time as part of print canon then, right?

Old Hob is just a mutated alley cat created by Ted Adams IIRC specifically for the Turtles to have an initial "street level thug" baddie in the IDW series.

Secret History of the Foot Clan continues to be awesome, Santaluoco draws a mean freaking book and I'm more than thrilled that he'll be following it up directly with Cityfall. Perfect synthesis, monthly. The Neutrino intro is going well, too. Utroms. Neutrinos. Dimension X. Physical turtle origins. Foot Clan. Reincarnation. Japan. Spiritual.

They're making City Fall out to be something huge.. I hope it delivers. Really no reason to think it won't though.

If you are not adverse to digital, Comixology periodically run sales for TMNT.

    *EDIT*

The preview for Secret History is out now.

I prefer physical copies, but I'll check out Comixology. Thanks for the heads-up.
