It's more like turtle mania is kickin' ass despite that movie coming out if you ask me. But there's been plenty of discussion on why some such as myself think that movie probably won't be good. The director, producer, the pitch the producer gave...

Anyways, agreed it's cool that the comics are back, turtle power.

if you think about it the Tutles Movie could be good.I agree Bay making the turtles Alien,When I first heard about that I thought No Bay but then when i thought about it it could be good.I heard the Directer understands our love for the Tutles and think about this
When the reboot of Spider-man and First Class was first heard everyboody on the internt hatted it but First Class was a Big hit and Spider-man looks really good so i think if done right the Tutles can be a hit

I think you'll like it. I just read through my Vol. 2 and am starting to really enjoy the bonus material. Excited for number three now.

Vol 2 was really good. I just wish amazon hadn't ruined my copy.

i didn't realize how big the ultimate collections were. i thought it would be roughly the same size as the DC deluxe editions. i pulled out JLA vol 4 and it paled in comparison. i don't even have a bookshelf that is big enough for it. read the first few pages and did a quick flip through, and the extras look great. looking forward to getting a chunk of time this weekend to sit down and enjoy it.

Vol 1 is brilliant. I enjoyed vol 2 less so, i am kind of in two minds about getting vol 3.

Does IDW plan to release these as softcover trades? I don't particularly like oversized hardcovers, so I would much prefer a traditional tpb.

The initial TMNT craze totally passed me by as a kid (I NO RITE!!!) so ive never really been a fan, but decided to check out the series now that its up on comixology (those trades are waaaay overpriced :0).

Only read the first two issues. Its... okay i guess.
It would probably help if I had some kinda preconcieved notion of the characters and whats being set up but its enjoyable enough. I'll most likly finish up the arc at least. Does it pick up?
