Anyone who doesnt like Krul can suck my d*ck.
Hes a great writer and hes only getting better. Hes going to be one of the top writers at DC pretty soon.
Ill be getting anything he writes.
I'm picking up both these titles come Sept. I've decided that I'm going to give Krul a fair shot and ignore the critics/fanboys and form my own opinion.
Reading this, I was shocked at how much accurate insight he has into Ollie. At least in regards to traits that are present and not normaly, or overtly, analyzed.
Casanova, Iron Man, Justice League, Action, Flash, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Firestorm, Swamp Thing, Animal Man, Stormwatch, I,Vampire, Voodoo, Saucer Country, Mrning Glories, Rachel Rising, Stumptown
There's more, much more, to J.T. Krul than Rise of Arsenal. I think he's got some great potential.
I liked Krul's last Green Arrow run, but I don't like that he insists on focusing solely on Ollie (I know, focus on Green Arrow in a book called Green Arrow? How preposterous). Ollie's great, but he has an amazing supporting cast that isn't doing a lot. They would add a lot to the book.

I'm buying the Green Arrow title regardless. There's just a few things that I hope will have key roles within the series.
1) Mia Dearden is Speedy.
2) Ollie's identity is a secret again.
3) Merlyn appears a lot more and is portrayed as Green Arrow's arch foe.
4) We get to see some proper interaction and battles with rogues like the Queen, Nyx, Count Vertigo, Cupid, Hilt, Big Game, Brick, Onomatopoeia, Constantine Drakon, Duke of Oil and Dregz.
5) I know the hood is more modern, but I want to see the feathered hat every once in a while.
6) Don't forget to pack the boxing glove arrow. The classics never get old.

I am really looking forward to the Captain Atom series. I checked out Freddie Williams II website hoping to see a spoiler of his Captain Atom pages but no luck. The guy is a phenomenal artist.
He is dead, but I've never known that to stop any supervillains before, relaunch or not.
To be honest, I'm not really bothered if Brick comes back or not. He was good and I enjoyed his storylines but he could have been better. There's a few more villains I prefer to see Green Arrow battling.
Merlyn - Archer versus Archer. Always good reading.
Big Game - Hunter versus Hunter. Same reasons.
Cupid - She's a fun-loving nutjob with a lot of potential.
Hilt - I'm not sure about him yet but I'd like to read at least one featured storyline and what he's capable of.
Onomatopoeia - Kapow. Thwunk. Rwaah-na-ma-na.
Duke of Oil - He's a psychotic robot from Texas. 'Nuff said.
Dregz - He has a nice street look about him. And Green Arrow needs a whipping boy.

I know this isnt Krul's doing, but why does Roy have his arm back in Red Hood and the Outlaws? Did his arm grow back?
