What total shit.
Looks great!
Hopefully this team will breathe some new life into the title - not that it was suffering before - but it certainly wasn't a stand-out in the monthly sales charts.
Although it's a huge departure from both Ottley & Capullo, I love Nathan's brush work, and think it will work well for this book. Plus, Joe Casey just rocks.
I'll definitely be keeping Haunt on my pull list.

Even more pissed to hear he chose DC over Marvel.
Can Marvel actually get anything right at the moment? They used to have the best writers and the best artists. Artwise - the few decent ones can't do a regular book or get pulled onto something else 6 issues after starting one. The likes of Lafuente, DeValentio and Paco Medina are strictly D list.
Never been much of a fan of Capullo, but his art on Haunt won me over. Would have been interested in seeing what he could do over at Marvel.
As for Haunt - that preview art looks cack. May bow out of this one, but hopefully looks better once coloured.
This is great news. I liked Kirkman and Capullo, but Casey and Fox are genius together. Their Zodiac mini they did for dark reign was fantastic and Joe Casey is such an awesome guy in general. I can't wait to see what they do for Haunt.
I am still a little undecided on this... the book has fallen so far off of my radar I am not sure I care much any more
I used to love this title then the constant delays just pushed it further from my mind. I am not a fan of the new direction the art is taking either. I'll give it a couple of issues to grow on me though
This is kind of surprising. I figured we would a new team of people no ones ever heard of (like the new spawn team).
I was planning on dropping the book after Kirkman left, but i may give this new team a couple issues. The book is pretty shit right now, and it has always seemed to me that Kirkman and McFarlane never had their hearts in it. I really hope this new team makes the book their own, and not just continue the crap that is going right now. Maybe a whole new direction can make this book better than its ever been.
Unfortunately the art does nothing for me. Therefore this will be a book i will drop after issue 18.
Joe Casey has actually worked on quite a few big books over the years

I only recently became familiar with Nathan Fox - and I LOVE his art!
But, unfortunately, I just don't find this series interesting. Hopefully he'll end up on something I want to read again soon.
Out of curiousity, what don't you like about Haunt?
And who's to say that you wouldn't like it when penned by Joe Casey?
I find it a little odd to pass on a book with an artist you love because you assume that you won't like the story.
If you like the artist, give the writer a chance. You might be pleasantly surprised.
