I've liked the various incarnations of Luthor's Injustice Gang. Injustice League Unlimited would have been amazing if it hadn't fallen apart as soon as the JLA started to fight back. What a cop-out the end of that story was.

I've gotta say I really liked the two versions of the Injustice Gang Morrison had in JLA.

The first one:
Lex Luthor
The Joker
Circe
Mirror Master
Ocean Master
Dr. Light (pre-rape)
Jemm (unwillingly, but still technically on the team, if only so that Martian Manhunter has a counterpart)

One counterpart for each of the Big Seven JLA. The JLA Revenge Squad hard-light holograms were also very cool, and I liked Luthor's idea of using corporate strategy to take down the Justice League (and then Bruce Wayne out-corporating him ).

And then the second version during World War III was pretty epic:

Prometheus
The General
Queen Bee

It was definitely very scaled up in terms of power - Prometheus had taken down Batman one on one and half the League along with him, and the General's power was literally to be indestructible and unstoppable. And Queen Bee had a giant space army with mind control powers.

I dont like any team with the joker on it because it is unrealistic,

Joker exists to create and thrives on chaos and disorder. His only real intent is to cause chaos and disorder, and he would never align himself with people who are trying to get rich or gain power, he would not have an ally, he would rather screw with everyone.

That being said I think a great team would be:
