    Thumbs up

Looks very promising. I really hope they live up to the billing of the title. Maybe this will be the title that BP fans have been clamoring for!

They even added a .1 to the number. This calls for a LOL.

Well, to be fair, it is a new direction for the title. a .1 issue makes sense.

True. I thought the .1 issues were done with though. I guess Marvel will use them when the status quo changes.

The nice thing about the .1's is that they are one shots.

If you start reading a title even at the beginning of a new arc, odds are a new readers would still have to read 3-6 issues to get a full story.

But with a .1, it's just one and done. A person can give it a shot, get a full story, and if they're not satisfied just walk away right there.

So I think they're a great way to allow people to give something a chance (and hopefully people will for this book... it deserves it).

It SOUNDS like he's still going to be fighting crime in NY though... so I'm not 100% sure it's something some are exactly asking for.

Still, if nothing else it's a pretty impressive tagline.

Have BP fans not been loving the current run? I have thought that the issues since BP took over for Daredevil has been some of the best comic book goodness in recent memory. Good art, amazing story. BP has been a must read as of late.

So what did you think about the other 15 .1s Marvel produced? Just Curious.
Those who refuse to learn from History, will repeat History as they wonder "What the F*ck happened?"

some fans don't like the fact that he doesn't have his powers anymore and that Wakanda and their tech aren't incorporated into the story. I personally enjoy this book though.

Didn't think much of them. I just found it tiny because I thought the .1 issues were done with.

True, he's still not ruler of Wakanda. But if they can show him living up to the title, then alot of fans would be happy. However, I hope that this would lead him in the direction of heading back to Wakanda and regaining his throne.

Seems like they broke Tchalla down to the bone to slowly build him back up. Hopefully all of this leads to Return of the King which was predicted in the Avengers title. If thats the case then all of this Hells Kitchen business will be well worth it to see Tchalla redeemed.

Agreed. I hope this is the tact they take.
