The Stephanie Brown 'Batgirl' Appreciation Thread

Though this may be the end of the thoroughly enjoyable Batgirl series I'm hoping that Stephanie Brown survives the reboot/launch even if demoted to being Spoiler again.

Also, it would be very frustrating, given some of the "writers" who have post-Flashpoint assignments, if Bryan Q Miller didn't get to stick around.

Let’s remember Tess, Steph’s littlest, most stalwart fan. It was nice to see a hero getting support from the citizens they protect. Not any more I guess.

Yeah, I'm not upset because Babs is Batgirl per se, but because of what that means for Steph. I liked Steph. She was just so much fun.

...and I can't deny that those Stanley "Artgerm" Lau covers had something do with it.

I was never a huge fan, thought the writing was a bit too cute-sey, but still a shame she's going. She seemed like the direction they'd really take it if it was about fresh and modern takes on the character. Another good Batgirl down.
