I loved each and every issue of this series. Matthews and Cariello put together an excellent new take on the Lone Ranger without changing the core of the character. As a longtime fan of the character I had a nitpick here and there, but nothing that ruined the series for me. The final issue was a fabulous wrap-up, complete with homages to both the original radio show and the classic television series. A big thank you to Brett Matthews, Sergio Cariello, Dean White, Marcello Pinto, Simon Bowland, John Cassaday, Paul Pope, Joe Rybandt and Dynamite for a fantastic run.
Small nitpick with the article - it should be Bryant's Gap, not Brian's.

This was an awesome, awesome series -- one of the best runs on a character/title that I've read. Loved everything they did, and am sorry to see it end. Matthews' interpretation of the Ranger and Tonto not only gave them some depth that I'd not seen before, but also provided what I think is the definitive account of Butch Cavendish ... a villain who, by series end, was on par with someone such as Lex Luthor in terms of being an iconic embodiment of evil.
All in all, a great series, and I highly recommend it.
loved this book.... still haven't been able to get my hands on that last issue though.
