so evil won in the end
will we ever see her again? i mean i know she is a d-lister but still she has some potential....
well evil did win and peter goes down for maybe killing his own family by a guilt.
Kraven returned, Mattie died so yes.
If you read those books going back to the deadpool arc it's sickening the amount of time she was tortured in captivity, they had her on some sort of dialysis machine or were draining her blood at one point, then she dies being electrocuted and stabbed in the chest, not the heart, so it's not like she has time to suffer.
Mattie was marvels woman in a refrigerator moment of the year
BAD TOUCHSCREEN TYPER
but then kaine returned from the dead thank to kraven's return. but i reckon madame webb's death was more terrible than mattie's to say the least...even though madame kinda deserved it....
Typos aside (which, like it or not, DO detract from the message) most of the author's reasonings are something along of the lines of "because it's stupid" or "it's just that dumb". To me, statements like that scream "not very well thought-out". Just saying something is stupid doesn't explain why you think it is stupid. In a piece like that where the author is trying to persuade his readers to see his viewpoint, explaining why is imperative.

hence its a pointless rant. But it does make you think about it rite...?
hey i would like to ask could u see mattie franklin being a martyr...?
hey i am here what do you want from me....?
I thought the whole Grim Hunt story was a waste of time. I don't like the Kravens at all, Kraven had his last good story clear back in the 80's and they should of kept it that way. I wasn't really clamouring for Kaine to make a return either, that's one character that represents all of the ill feelings I had reading Spider-Man growing up in the 90's.
As far as Mattie goes, to be honest, it was a character I barely knew who she was at the time. I think it's a bit ridiculous what with all of the Spider characters running around at this point so that death wasn't a huge loss to me. I'm just sick off all these characters running around, it's like Spider-Island before that was even a thing.
Evil needs to put some in the win column, even now, it's formulaic to a fault because the good guys always seem to win. Modern comics have introduced us to the grey area, good people don't always win in the end, bad things happen to good people, heroes fight eachother in battles of who's right... It adds a complexity to story telling.

Good comics won. Mattie's solo series is atrocious.
