Theoretically yes, but she doesn't have a fine enough control over it to create things such as maces or blades.

I'm actually leaning toward her Iron Scale ability as her weapon, but some Aqualadish water control would be interesting.

I figured since Laevatein was a little vague as to what it's supposed to be but might be a sword, the name translates as "Damage Twig" and Ericson's already using a staff, a Swordstaff would be a fairly cool interpretation.

Funny thing is, the sagas do mention this kind of mysterious viking polearm, sometimes translated as a "halberd." These days the main theory is that they refered to a hewing spear, that is to say a spear with a very long, sword-like blade capable of delivering cuts.

So, you may not be that far off here.
