I find "sparkly vampires" ridiculous, but I hope Eric Powell doesn't use this as another opportunity to engage in thinly veiled homophobic gay jokes.
Those pages with the Goon and the sparkly vampires are the funniest things i've seen in a comic in years. The vampires' dialogue is bad in a good way, and it's hilarious when they pour the pounds of glitter.
Nice.Using the word "sparkly" as an adjective to describe any monster to a horror buff is a problem. Dr. Frankenfurter is the only thing horror-related that gets to be sparkly... and that's it!
Can't wait to have The Goon back.
Twilight jokes?
