Yeah, that was pretty old. Almost a decade prior to her retcon back to Kryptonian IIRC. And right in the middle of the Ross-led fad of depicting her as a steroid drinking monster body builder.

Even prior to Connor's portrayals, PG was getting taller and less freakishly muscled, and when Connor came into the picture that whole thing was right out the window---so those stats seem a quaint leftover from a bygone era.

to be fair, the middle one seems about n52-size ...chest wise at least. less muscle though in n52.

is Power Girl loosing power in Earth 1? The last WF said as much and it's not making much sense was this an on going trend in WF? This is the first issue I've picked up since she finally got her real costume back

Well, Levtiz has hinted before off and on that she doesn't seem to be as powerful on Earth 1 as she was on Earth 2. No reason given, and he hasn't consistently pushed the idea. It was only the latest issue that suggested she's getting less powerful as time goes on.
