You'd think, wouldn't you? Not entirely true, however---in that she knew about Earth and its history and at least one language before she arrived on Earth-Two. Originally, I don't know if she also had education about Earth on her ship; but the Johns retcon has her being educated in "terrestrial history", and speaking English upon popping out of her symbioship to greet her cousin on the farm. The Johns retcon seemingly has her learn both about Krypton and other worlds, and Earth, while on board her ship.

I suppose it makes sense. If it were me, I'd want to send my daughter not only equipped with the finest education about her own world I could manage, including all its tech and science; but also knowledge about the barbarian world I was sending her to.

It was the case. Everything she learned was in en route to Earth, with Clark and Lois filling in the rest after her arrival.

Hmm? Actually I would argue that's kind of obvious that she would have to know the basics about a place she was being sent to, but that second-hand (if not third-hand) information still wouldn't enable her to instantaneously fit in with Earth society, IMO. It would have been the same for Superman if he hadn't been raised as a Human child by the Kents. Shoot, even now Superman still learns something new about Humanity every once in a while.

You can read about a place, but at best you'd have an incomplete picture (and at worst, an inaccurate picture) until you actually go and live there among its people for awhile.

But she would have known something. It was in fact stated in her retcon, (in her IC mini), that she did. In this case specifically terrestrial history, which Zor-L could easily have monitored with his super-science stuff and gotten as accurate a picture as most humans have of the subject. And among the 6.000 languages Johns has her ship teaching her, surely there were at least a few that belonged to Earth. In fact, we know there was at least one---English, since she zoomed out of her ship speaking that language to Kal-L, (somewhat curious I'll admit, since in her place, meeting family in a strange land I'd probably speak my native language, in her case Kryptonian). She even had some contractions down.

I'll grant you that she probably learned a lot in that first unseen year on the farm, but she didn't arrive tabula rasa with respect to Earth and humans.

Isn't that what I said in my previous post, specifically the part I highlighted?

Once again, that's repeating what I said earlier. Even with some basic information, though, that would not preclude her from being inexperienced with actually dealing with Humans and being a part of Earth society. No amount of book knowledge can compensate for actual real experience. She didn't just step out of her ship and instantaneously knew all there was to know about Human beings.

You'd be wrong again since I said "You people who are insisting that they merged Power Girl and Supergirl...." ect, not once did I cite you, you just respnded, thats not my fault you obviously took it to heart. Second you clearly seem to really think little of the difference between reading about a teenage girl with alien syndrome, and a super woman who is trying to make her adoptive home a better place.
Rogue and Bishop's daughter would be called Discharge, and she'd touch people and drain all or some of their bioelectrical energy out of them causing them to either die or fall unconscious. She could then use this energy to extend her own life, heal herself, enhance her physical abilities (speed, strength, stamina,) or discharge it as various energy beams.

You're mistaken on all counts. You misunderstood what I said from the beginning and you still apparently don't understand.

DC shoulda let you draw last issue instead of whoever that was. Good job. My artistic abilities pale in comparison.

Well, Power Girl is indeed going to be in the DCnU, according to a new interview on comicvine. She's in one, not named, of the 52 titles in September. But she does not get a #1 issue of her own, meaning for now her solo title is gone.

Could you provide a link to the interview please? It would be much appreciated!
