CBR: "Incredible Hulks" Ends in August

Marvel has released a teaser for "Incredible Hulks" #635, the last issue of writer Greg Pak's run on the title as well as the series finale. The oversized issue, featuring art by Paul Pelletier, hits stores in August.

I'm guessing a Hulk relaunch will be a part of the second wave of 'Big Shot' comics Marvel will no doubt bring forward in a year or so.

Wasn't it mentioned in an earlier thread that the title would revert to Incredible Hulk, singular? At any rate, at least one Hulk Family member will continue to be active: Hickman said in an iFanboy podcast to a question I asked that She-Hulk will appear in FF later rather than sooner, because Slott wants to use her.

That partly explains why Marvel Subscriptions dropped this a few weeks back.

I wonder if they'll leave Banner/Hulk lie for a year or two, ala Thor or will they relaunch after Fear Itself as part of whatever new "status quo" FI brings about.

I wonder if the book will revert to Tales to Astonish like Thor reverted to Journey into Mystery? I gotta say that I gave up on this book around the time Hiro-Kala showed up. I was also dissapointed that more wasn't being done with Betty/Red She-Hulk. I wanted to see them delve into her transformation and ressurection, how it all made her feel, but she kept acting like a little brat and it got annoying to me.

Come on Marvel! We just renumbered this book a year ago and now we're back to a new #1 (presumably). Yeesh. Thor and Daredevil both got renumbered recently and are now back to square one. Both their old titles are still around, but they are bound to get canceled any day now.

Kill off every Hulk but Bruce and I'll be happy. Kill Bruce and you'll be taking away by far my most favorite Marvel character. Hopefully this just means a relaunch...

We will probably get a new #1 about October/November, they will probably announce the new creative team at comic con. I do wonder if Rick and Betty will be de-powered by the end of this.
