She stopped being just a civilian when she learned Peter's secret. She has been an influential character for over 2 decades. And just like Norman Osborn its time for her to move on.

I love MJ and want to see her again. So if Joe Q wont let it be with Peter let her move on with something else

I'm not so sure about that, at least not the way things ended up. I mean, according to OMiT, she broke up with Peter because it's too dangerous for her to have a lover that's a superhero. Having her date another superhero...just seems a little odd. Especially since a majority of the heroes would see it as awkward, and she doesn't really have any contact with most of them anyway.

Of course, that said, you're right that she has the most crossover potential outside of the DB, since the rest have, like, none. Aunt May helps Tony Stark?

MJ's fun, but I like Peter more, and as such feel the need to be stereotypicaly male and get possessive about her being with other men. Instead, we should make her a lesbian with some other hot chick. Because dammit, I'm going to get something out of this mess.
