Peter's moved on. Time for MJ too. Who should she be with now?

Mary Jane should had moved one as did Peter,and to see MJ apearing in another comic book should be interesting.

I voted other. I would rather see MJ dating a new (non hero) supporting character rather than the ones listed.

I'm seriously trying to think of someone who may be a viable partner for Mary Jane, but I really can't. I just can't see her ever having a relationship as strong as the one she had with Peter. I can see her having a fling with some of the characters listed, but a serious relationship? No, I don't see it.

Tony Stark can't be monogamous to save his life. Wolverine already has a girlfriend in Meltia and most of his girlfriend'' end up dead, which I don't want for MJ. Flash never struck me as being all that compatible with MJ. And the less said about Harry Osborne, the better.

I still can't read the Spider-Man comics with a straight face because there's always that 800 pound gorilla in the room with a big One More Day logo shaved into it's chest. It's impossible to ignore and I personally don't think the stories that have come as a result are worth ending the marriage. But that's just my opinion. The only viable option I can see at this point is if Marvel just blindly creates an entirely new character to be with Mary Jane. That would be a real lousy way to go, but they're not above it. I'm sure if there's ever a chance to get Peter and Mary Jane back together, Marvel will hold off on it until they run out of ideas.

If I were the writer, I'd have her start dating a guy at Horizon Labs. I think it'd be an interesting scenario for Peter & MJ, and it would mean that the MJ scenes would occur in a setting that's already covered. It would also be an opportunity to give more face time to Peter's coworkers, and a rebuttal to the idea that MJ was in love with Peter because she knew that he was secretly Spider-Man.

She could date the guy with the tattoos that looks like Nerdy Parker. Can't remember his name.

Or, for me, I'd prefer she begin a relationship with some blue collar guy. A widow. Maybe works at the docks, or as a garbage man. Works hard to balance his job and raise his daughter in New York. A bit of a drinker, has a temper, but is at heart a decent man even if he's a little rough around the edges. A little burly, not lean like Peter.

Even if he can...MJ and Pete go together like Peanut butter and jelly...putting the peanut butter with an anchovie is kinda odd.

I voted for Eddie Brock, because I don't think it is in the spirit of this thread to vote for Peter Parker. Yeah, I would rather still see them together, but it isn't happening for the time being, so hook her up with some one who was like a bad boy Spider Man, and see how Parker feels about that.

Of course, I am also still waiting for Eddie to get the Symbiote back, so whatever.

Why would Mary Jane want to date a guy who has killed people, who has tried to kill her former-lover many times and terrorized her personally when he first got the symbiote, scaring her to the point where she asked Peter to give up wearing the black costume?

Well, if she can make a deal with a demon to erase her marriage from history, I assume she can date a monster.

As far as we know. Don't take my options to seriously a lot of the choices were jokes.

But I did want to facilitate discussion about bringing MJ back. She doesn't have to necessarily be with another person, but I wouldn't mind it at this point.

I'd rather have her start appearing in other titles actually. Maybe help some other hero out in an event at the last moment.
