Even at full power, I'm not sure Juggy was ever technically the strongest.

He was almost undoubtedly the TOUGHEST. But his big thing was being unstoppable... that doesn't necessarily translate to physical strenght. That's less an indication of how much he can bench press, and more an indication of how uber his force field is.

He doesn't actually have a lot of uber strength feats if you think about it.

If Rulk can continue to absorb power without burning out as well as having an nigh/infinite power source to draw on, I think he has the potential to be one of the strongest like Hulk does.

Rulk being so strong with almost no weakness is a bad concept. It's almost like how can he lose. Sentry was crazy and Hulk was not the brightest bulb in the box. Rlk is ultimatley a Superman for the MU but with no kryptonite.

I'd say an inability to sleep/rest because of the nanites that will destroy his brain when he reverts back to Ross is a pretty good and fairly creative weakness.

It's showing even HE needs to sleep in order to function 100%.

I don't believe Red Hulk has that ability anymore though. I think Banner took it away.
