Default CBR: Ostrander Bonds with "Star Wars: Agent of the Empire"

CBR spoke with writer John Ostrander about his new Star Wars miniseries for Dark Horse, which examines whether a man can work for something as evil as the Empire without becoming evil himself.

This makes me very happy. Ostrander is by far the best writer to do Star Wars in comics format.

...and is it just me or is that Steve McQueen? (or maybe Captain Murphy...)

The premise of "Agents" doesn't really interest me all much, but neither did Legacy when I first heard about it and that ended up being my favorite SW title of all time.

So I'll give the first issue a shot at least...
Comics still reading: Saga, Sixth Gun, Walking Dead, All New X-Men, Daredevil, Fury MAX. DC New 52 isn't the worth the paper its printed on...

Why not just do a Han Solo series already?!?!?

Great news. I've loved Ostrander on Republic and Legacy. He's done a great job of showing that he gets the Star Wars universe. More of that is a good thing.

The premise sounds fairly interesting to me as well, very interested in checking this out.

I have complete faith in Ostrander delivering me a quality comic.
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.

And either must die at the hand of the other for neither can live while the other survives.

I'm all over this like R Kelly on a high school girl.

Ostrander playing in the prequel/OT gap? How can this be bad again?
