Looks like Toad is going to open his smart mouth to the wrong person.
I cannot believe it. No questions about Jean Grey or the PF. Amazing.
Still they promise a new direction for all x-books spinning out of Schism. Lets Hope.

That Frenzy page is gorgeous. Is that still Khoi Pham on art?
I'm sure Nick Lowe has been bombarded with Jean Grey questions since he spilled the beans on Hope having no connection with her. I'm equally certain he's sick of answering them. So I don't blame him for ignoring them. He wanted to talk Schism. He talked Schism. Plus, the previews for Uncanny X-men and Astonishing were pretty awesome. But I REALLY hope Kitty gets out of that space suit soon.

While Lowe finally comfirmed that Beast will not play a role in Schism, at least he mentioned that that the Avengers will show up in the event.
Also who knows how long the changes that Schism caused will last, given that Lowe also comfirms that the Scarlet Witch return will affect the X-titles when Children Crusade is over.![]()
I'm actually excited for the possibility of a new direction for the books after Schism. The Utopia/San Fran stuff isn't really working for me at all. Books with differents sets of teams would do wonders, really.
And though I'm sure Legacy will remain a favorite of mine, I'm getting kinda irked by the constant Rogue/Magneto pairing. I'd like to see her interacting with people who aren't Magneto or Cyclops. Her scene with Logan in AoX was such a great moment. I want more of that.
I really hope Jason Aaron does get a team book after Schism.
Looks like Cargill really was affected by her more heroic nature in AOX. Poor Toad, he seems to have gone back to being a punching back in recent years.
