    Default CBR: Marvel Unleashes Aja's "Red Skull" Covers

    In addition to his role as the villain in "Captain America: The First Avenger," the Red Skull is the subject of his own 5-issue miniseries this summer. Marvel has released all of David Aja's covers for the series.

    Really gorgeous. I've got huge faith in Pak for the story, given his work on Magneto: Testament, but I'm totally sold on the covers alone.

    Aja's still got it, and the Skull's been asking for an origin for a long time - this ought to be a very cool anti-Rogers Super Soldier story. Would've liked to see Bru pen it, but Pak is A-OK by me as well.

    did they forget to draw the swastikas on the cover for #2? or the hydra logo? lol

    I think that one was full of Swastikas but it seems that they took them all out.
    I wonder what is going to happen to the interior stuff now.

    Those might be a little off-putting if there were swastikas all over the cover. You also don't want local KKKers going, "Marvel made a book finally for the superior race! Woot!"

    You guys are being crazy we'll see the swastika symbol in the interior. There practically shown all over the place in Magneto Testament.

    Not to play history's geek,but it's funny that most of those covers are modified soviet posters.





    But no problem.Red Skull is more badass and evil than Fyhrer and Vozd together.
