Donna Troy and (SHOCKING) Cassie rumors (possible spoilers)

So, rumor mill has it that Cassie is quitting the Teen Titans, and that there will be a new JLA line up sans Donna Troy. Has anyone else heard this??? I'll SOOOO not be reading these books if there are no Wonder characters in them...

If anyone has news, PLEASE share!!!

Superboy today had a scene where Red Robin and Suprboy talk about Wonder Girl quitting the Titans.

No idea where the supposed rumor about Donna leaving the JLA are from, but c'mon, we knew that was temporary.

DC Boards...a comic shop saw a DC solit with the Big 7 plus Mera, Cyborg, Starfire, Firestorm and a new human GL..rumor, but GRRRR if this is true where are Cassie and Donna going??? Limbo???

I don't get this- why put Cyborg and Starfire back on the JLA? they didn't work out so well the first time.

Not really. They left after three issues because:

A. Starfire was being used in R.E.B.E.L.S.

B. Robinson said most of his other characters were "taken away" from him and that he simply got rid of the others so he could bring in Starman and Jesse Quick.

As for Cassie, I don't know. I can't imagine that her departure would be permanent.

Maybe Donna and Cassie will be regulars in the post-Odyssey/Flashpoint "Wonder Woman" series?

I'd be very keen to see Wonder Woman more regularly partnered with Donna and/or Cassie in her ongoing series. Just re-name it "Wonder Women" and have fun highlighting their differences and similarities in personalities.

I hope the launch a second title for Wonder Woman (Sensations?) that will house Donna, Cassie and the Amazons.

This will free up the main title to focus solely on Wonder Woman. Or, perhaps they'll launch a book entitled Amazons (they won't be attacking) and go from there.

To be brutally frank, I'm not sure if DC is ready to have a Sensation(s) yet. WW sales would have to be much higher to launch a second series. I'd support it and LOVE the idea, but ...

Still, bringing the sisters together as part of Diana's nu-nu-world would make sense, and then spin off Donna back to Titans and Cass back to Young Titan Justice People when the status quo is settled.

I'm growing a little concerned that when the dust settles after all this "timeline" stuff in WW and Flashpoint, that maybe a couple Wonder Girls won't exist.

Don't worry dude. IF that were the case, I don't think they'd mention Cassie quitting the Titans. It'd be more shocking to have it happen in-story or something. Like they're all hanging around, and suddenly Cassie just disappears, and nobody can remember her.

Cass and Donna both make money for them. They won't Disappear them. I do expect a shift in origins for them. Maybe they'll de-Percy-Jackon-ize Cassie.
