I only see it available on Kindle - is there any other options planned?

No, it hasn't been announced yet as far as I know.

First review, possible spoilers (can't say for sure since I didn't read it)

Don't worry, it's coming out in a nice hardcover: http://www.amazon.com/Joe-Golem-Drow.../dp/0312644736

Actually Amazon does "Kindle for My PC" so you can sample and read books through your PC with out having a Kindle or anything.

I really want to be excited for this, but the writing in Baltimore was just not for me, not at all. Maybe its because I was reading the end of the dark tower series at the same time but I was looking for alot more from the writing at the time and I just couldn't get into it. I am reading lighter stuff right now though (the strain) so maybe I need to go back and give it another shot. I do really hope they do the same as they did with baltimore though, and spin it off into a comic series. That would be awesome.

Had the great pleasure of picking up this book early at this weekend's WonderCon...started reading it and I skimmed through the illustrations that are inside of the book...WOW!!!if any one of you picked up the special edition of BALTIMORE this edition has a similar look and feel with the weathered edged pages(i'm sure there is a proper name for these sort of pages) so far it is a great read .The book launches next week!

    Really?

On amazon.co.uk it says it's not out untill may.

Will there be a special edition of this like there was with Baltimore?

Book launches here in the US next Tuesday the 27th
This editions similar to the BALTIMORE special edition without the sketch.
It is very well put together...and as reminder Mike will be doing to signings here in LA.
Both events have been stuck here with their own threads.
