I think you'd have to give the edge to Silva based on size and reach, but I'd be cheering for GSP and I do think he'd be in with a chance.

I'd agree with that. Think GSP can certainly take Silva down (and keep him down) based off the Sonnen fight.

The downside for GSP is that his most recent big loss was on strikes, and Silva's one of if not THE most devastating strikers out there.

That's true, way I see it Silva has to KO GSP to win the fight, and he'll have at least 5 chances to do so.

It was supposed to happen immediately, but Sonnen failed a drug test and then got convicted of running a money scam, IIRC. So it's not likely to happen for a while, if ever.
