It's from Uncanny X-Men #469. O*N*E* searches through Husk's computer and confiscates it, accusing her of hacking into the O*N*E* systems as "bean". She get super angry attacks them, saying it's a violation of her rights. She and Cannonball begin their own side mission to get payback. But nothing comes of it because Brubaker took over soon after, and Clarmeont probably wanted to tie off some more important loose ends and storylines.

Yes, we can blame Paige for Betsy's consistent lack of clothes, lol. I wonder if she left the jacket at Angel's and he decided to "regift it" to Betsy when he and Paige broke up. Or if Angel only dated Husk because her fashion sense reminded him of Psylocke's. ;)
