The sea monster is way cool!
Wow, that's really cool. After my cross-dressing aerial accident of 2004, I swore to warn the world of these dangers, and Laurie is the vessel of my message.![]()
shout outs to prodigy55 who has officially named kenjo.
I'm glad he and Fraction communicated so much while co-writing. lol
Glad to see Emma in her Dark X-Men uniform.
Gen Hope is the authority meets my so called life? no comment.
What is this, Horseville? Because I'm surrounded by naysayers.
Did he say his book is the Authority plus something else ?![]()
I cannot even begin to express my utter disgust. I must wonder if he has ever read it.
Also really he expects us to believe that they cannot build Laurie a suit that would make her fly even better with marvel tech or at least not make a difference. I mean for godsakes that is the whole point of unstable molecules in the first place.

There's still nothing here to get me excited. To be honest considering how bland I find Generation Hope I'm not holding out much hope that anything is going to change to get me to pick up Uncanny again.
Mostly Im just bored of the main overused cast. Plus I'm so not interested in the real wrold dealings with the San Fran government. It should get a mention not be a whole plot line.
I'd rather see some formidable villains. We just seem to be constantly treading the same ground we have been since Fraction took over.
Nice interview and very amusing.
I have to say, however, if that is the reasoning behind Emma's actions with Shaw, she goes to the bottom of the list for leadership candidates. O_O
And not so sure the Utopia question is going to be answered much clearer.
Boring interview....agreed, this does not make me feel excited for anything in Uncanny or Generation Hope
When will people understand, each time X-Men The Confession is mentioned, another puppy dies a horrible and painful death.
Some good questions in this one. Gillen is refreshingly straight forward in answering the questions.
Does marvelmaster spam the same Jean question every week?
It was entertaining to read his attempt at "damage control" as pertains the Emma and Shaw "plotline"...alas, nothing could explain away that rot. Good shot though, but no cigar.
If nothing else, Dodson draws a very cute and sexy Piotr...sadly, his big beauty-full muscled self alone is not enough to bring me back to UXM. I'll pop in for a look-see after Schism to see where they're at, but for the present...I'm still out.
Sun and Moon
Wood nailed her. Like only good Wood could.
I am glad that Fraction is finally of the book,I felt that he has been the worst writer that Uncanny X-Men have ever had.Hopefully Gillen is better but my hopes are pretty low.Pick up the first few issue of Genertaion Hope and that they were pretty terrible.Hopefully he sets his game up now that he's on the #1 X-Men book.
kieron gillen is welcome to these x-boards any old time. he's so direct and forward, i like that he feels comfortable chatting with cbr.
