So! So! So! So stoked for this!
The trailer looked awesome. I'm excited.
It looks like they looked at photos of the cosplay versions of the ThunderCats from a few Cons and used that as the design basis for the characters.

Love the animation look. And this seems so much more faithful and has more heart than the 2003 He-man remake series. But Lion-O just looks like a skateboarder punk who just walked out of Juvie hall.
looks ok, agree with the skaterboi look for Lion-o only problem for me so far is not seen Panthro as yet, or have i missed something

Well well well, look at this! A reboot that's been done RIGHT?! Color me surprised.
To take a story so rich in backstory and characters and make ANOTHER great series should be easy and yet we see it messed up so so often (2nd attempt at He-Man I'm talking to you) so it's great to see the Thundercats amped up a notch.
Also can't wait for Silver Hawks info. Such a great concept never fully realized.
Panthro is the big, bald, blue guy with the mutton chops in the picture.
I really want to like this but nope.
Lion-O looks like something out of Naruto. Good luck with getting 40 episodes on CN. For a network that largely favors DC shows, Lucasfilm (now of course) and self funded efforts with very little room for exceptions.
So Thundara is Japan being all isolationist and the mutants are the USA Gaijin barbarians coming to forcibly open trade with their army that uses new technology.
It's pretty much a given that re-designs for something like this will borrow from what's currently popular.
That aside, still looks a hell of a lot better than I was expecting.
It looks freaking amazing. The designs are awesome.
I can't wait to see Bengali, Lynx-O, and Pumyra. And whatever that comment was about the Silverhawks is exciting.
This appears to be a remake done the right way. Can't wait.
Read about the greatest series ever, Alpha Flight...from the beginning!
Looks pretty good, considering I never expected this to actually materialize. I mean, they talked about it for years, but it never happened. And the "80s nostalgia wave" is long since over.

I am so excited for this!!!
Better yet... I saw a glimpse of Wiley-Kit and Wiley-Kat in the trailer :D
Thundercats was one of my fondest television memories from the 80s :)
