    Hi all,
I have written a few screenplays in the past and I am currently working on a 4 issue comic book that could expand into an ongoing. I am interested in finding an artist to collaborate with with hopes on pitching as a creator owned series to Image or other publishers.

The story revolves around a police detective investigating some supernatural occurrences which lead him to a partnership with a late night talk-show host who's show discusses conspiracy theories and the supernatural. Working together they uncover government secrets going back to the forties that threaten societies views of the world as they know it.

I have all 4 issues plotted out and the first 2 issues completely scripted and the third is underway. The scripts are at a panel level and I do have some ideas on character design, but I am truly looking for someone to work with and inject their own ideas. The story is a mixture of police investigation and action, with some sci-fi elements. If anyone is interested you can contact me at clark67211@hotmail.com and we can swap synopsis and scripts for some art samples.

    Thanks for reading. - Paul

Default established web-comic needs new artist

Hi everyone. I've been writing and working on a webcomic called Bad News Kids for the past year or so. Me and an artist had started the book and finished the first three chapters already, which are online now, but because of delays and other factors he won't be continuing to work on the comic after the third chapter.

That's why I'm posting here. I'm currently looking for a new artist to continue the adventure. It's a mystery / adventure / action comic that has a fun and energetic tone. We've had a good amount of traffic and readers so far, so this is an opportunity for someone to be able to get some good online exposure. Rights / potential profits would be split generously towards the artist as well.

You can read the comic now at BadNewsKids.com. Some sample pages from the comic are below.

Please email me at JSTHRONE@GMAIL.COM if you are interested or would like more information. Thanks.

Working on a project involving unusual necromancy, cops, love and consequences set in the San Francisco Bay Area - scripts for a self contained two-issue arc are done, and that's what I'm interested in working on (however the story is at this point the usual open-ended epic haha). Need an artist, waaaayy too broke to pay tho. I doubt anyone will respond to this, but if you're interested drop me a private message. Been writing for 20 years and have skill and a unique creativity.

Default Published Comic Book Artist Looking for PAID Work

    Hey guys!

My name's Hoyt Silva and I am a published comic book artist looking for PAID work. I'm down with working on just about anything as long as I'm feeling the the story. My page rate is pretty negotiable depending on your budget and if the project shows promise. Unfortunately I am currently not accepting any "Back End" paying gigs.

You can find a link to samples of my work here.

If anyone is interested in getting in contact with me you can email me at Finalboss@hoytsilva.com

Thanks for your time and I look forward to hearing back from some of you!

Hey, guys. My name is Brian Brinlee and I am a comic book artist looking for a new project. I have been in the business for a few years and have been published several times. I am currently about to finish up the last issue of a series (will be done by June 30th of this next week) and so I am starting the search now. I do both pencils and inks and have done everything from fantasy, sci-fi, steampunk, superheroes, zombies, and crime. I am fast, reliable, and my rates are very reasonable. I would love to find a cool fantasy story to sink my teeth into but I am up for anything. I do not do back-end deals.

You can find more samples at my gallery here: http://taman88.deviantart.com/gallery/469643
You can email me at brian_brinlee@yahoo.com

    Thanks!
    -Brian Brinlee

Cool In need of artists for PAID WORK

Greetings. A soon to be launching comic book company is seeking talent for 1, 2, 4, 6 and 12 issue comic book projects.

    Pencils + inks.
    Full painted pages
    Colorists
And certainly inkers who are exceptional (not tracers. we need 'inkers' and there is a difference!)

EDIT: I have a letterer, so that position is filled, guys (and gals).

Give us your page rates and we will tell you if we can meet it, match it or best it.

We may ask you to do a test page. If we do, it is because we are interested in you, not to just bother you.

DO NOT SEND ME IMAGES! DO NOT EMAIL FILES!

Please email me LINKS to your work on websites that I can easily and instantly view your work. If I have to mess with animated slides and java I will simply not deal with it.

This is our flagship title: https://www.facebook.com/vengeanceiscoming
This is another by the same artist premiering at the NY Comic-Con: https://www.facebook.com/thekungfustar

See the quality? People, please be realistic with your work.

We will respond if it is good. We will respond if it is decent and tell you where you need to improve.

If we do not respond, do not ask us to get back to you.

We have no time for games. This is paid work and we expect deadlines to be met. We are passionate about this company and want it to succeed. Real money is going into this and we have the pockets needed to paunch big.

Thanks for looking. email me at matt at 1783pictures.com

    Hey creators,
I'm starting an eMagazine for serialized comics stories. Something like an online Animerica Extra! but without a manga focus. For this magazine, we’re looking for well developed stories with great art. All styles, age ranges (other than X-rated), and genres are considered, but please make sure your idea is developed and any controversial decisions are backed with thoughtfulness. Also, please make sure both major components (art and writing) have been developed and have examples to show them.

If you’d like to submit a potential comic for publishing, please:

    -Send your queries to ninthcomics@gmail.com

-Please make your email subject “Query: [title]“

-Submit an example of the art and writing. If you have a script with no art samples (or vice versa), it will not be considered.

-Please do not submit the same title multiple times and do not put multiple titles in the same query.

I'm really excited to start this up. Any questions, please email me at ninthcomics@gmail.com. You can check out my (VERY bare) start of a blog/website here.

Hello, I am a comic writer hoping to submit a comic through to a company. I currently have two ideas being created, but one of them is on the slide with no reply so I am reopening it up. It is a science fiction, post apocalyptic story, I won't give anything away, but it is a 10 part story, epic in scale, and an artist would only need to do a minimum of 3 pages and a maximum of 5, so bear that in mind! If you would like to be involved please contact me at: ethanoneillwork21095@hotmail.com

    Hi comic people,

I'm a writer looking to collaborate with an artist on an urban fantasy type comic that I have outlined from beginning to end. I can't pay you anything because I'm probably as broke as you are. Also, I won't lie and tell you I have a lot of experience in the field of comics. However, if that doesn't bother you, and are looking to help, please email me with some art samples at citizenkane2601@yahoo.com Once I receive your email, I will tell you briefly what it's about and if your still interested. We'll move forward from there. Hope to hear from you!

Default Need an inker for a 12 issue series

I have a 12 issue series that is being penciled now, and I will need an inker for it. Pencils are by the amazing Carlos Gomez.

This is preferably someone trying to break into the industry who would benefit from having some published work. I am looking for a low price but high quality. The first issue will be done as a single contract to test our working relationship, and then after that we can do an 11 issue contract.

You will be required to ink part or all of the piece below as a test. If you are interested, please email me to request the high resolution version of this image, and send me your rates and other samples.

    Thanks,

    Jeff

Looking for an artist to help out on my science fiction epic, 'The Elect'

A mystical Spring found on a distant planet, whose waters are believed by many to be the source of all time, must be protected at all costs by the greatest heroes the universe has to offer.

It will be a highly character-driven story but will contain all the sci-fi/action goodness you can imagine. Looking for an artist who may be new to the business who is willing to work for cheap. If you're interested, e-mail me at glassjawrules13@gmail.com and I'll give you a lot more info on the plot/characters/tone/etc. If it gets that far, I can send along a few script pages for you to feel out. Just let me know your rates and we can work from there!

Thanks for any help! Looking forward to hearing from you!
Gotta keep my PMA (even on CBR)
