Image today released a teaser for "Invincible," the superhero series by creator Robert Kirkman and Ryan Ottley, featuring an unknown character donning the blue and yellow costume traditionally worn by Mark Grayson.

I noticed that FCO wasn't doing the colors. April Fools or not, I hope this is because he's too busy doing actual issues and not because he's leaving the book.

Damn! I don't know if this is a joke or not! If it wasn't, I don't think I'd have a problem with it. Maybe by the time 2012 rolls around, Bulletproof will have had a bigger role in the Invinciverse. But they are saying an unknown character so it could be someone new.

I think this would be awesome but Kirkman is a a funny guy so I could see this being an April fools...but maybe there is a legion of Invincibles about to be unleashed...

This has to be a joke. There's no way they'd be teasing a 2012 event already in April 2011. Either way, BEST BOOK ON THE STANDS TODAY!!! Kirkman and Ottley can do NO wrong with Invincible!!!
