Looks good. I dig the blending of Samurai and vampires. As long as it doesn't turn into an Underworld or Blade knock off.
This is one of a couple of new titles from Image I'm interested in.
Suh-weet!

This looks good along with "Samurai's Blood" cant wait to read it.
Ron Marz and Lee Moder are top-notch creators, but, man, I am supernaturaled out. I need a break from zombies, werewolves, vampires and all that stuff. I'm going to have to put this in the "Maybe" pile.
Free your soul and let it fly....
Looks good, I am adding another Image book to my list.
Spenser with an s... like the poet.
Grimjack is the man Wolverine wishes he could be.
I'm on board, and Comic Related will be looking at it on a monthly basis like we do with Booster Gold and Savage Dragon.
I see elements of Ron's past work in this -- namely Blade of Kumori, which had a similar concept minus the vampires, and Sojourn, which had a male POV character. Seems interesting.
I got the first issue and really liked it. I've been a Marz fan since his GL days and I'm loving what he's doing with the Top Cow Universe so I'll continue getting Shinku as well.

Issue #2 hits stands on 7/7. Thanks so much for supporting the book!
Good preview.
I'm actually looking forward to Wednesday's again.
Issue 2 was great. I really like the samurai history lesson and how it works into Shinku's clans origin. The art was great and during the last few pages it felt like I was watching a real live samurai showdown. The sketches were cool too look at as well, its always cool to see character designs and we get an amazing pin up page too.
Great work team Shinku.
Damn I didn't think comics were coming out yesterday due to the holiday. I'll be sure to head to my comic shop this afternoon to pick up #2.
They only had like two issues of the reprinted #1 but none of #2. Glad to see it's selling well but wish there had been a copy for me.
Oh well, I'll either try another shop later on or order it online. I really enjoy the setting of Japan. It's boring seeing alot of comics just have generic cities whereas this one really gives this comic alot of addtional life and mood.
