I am ALL OVER this.
This just in: Chris Sprouse has pulled out of Orson Scott Card.
OH HELL YES. I love Hickman's independent stuff even more than his Marvel work, even though I love that too. AND he'll be drawing again after this series?!?! AAAAAAAGH!!!!! So excited.
Interesting that Hickman hasn't been given access to Icon yet. I really thought his next creator book would have been done through that.
Either way, this book sounds cool. I'll have check it out.
CaptainAmerica Avengers NewAvengers UncannyAvengers Wolverine&theX-Men Hawkeye GuardiansOfTheGalaxy AllNewX-Men UncannyX-Men
Check out these pages from Nick Pitarra's website (found here):
Between these and Hickman I'm already excited for this project.
Time traveling fighter pilots? I'm so in.
Nick is a terrific talent. he's done a couple small things, and they're fucking great. check him out before this hit, if you haven't already.
and of course, I'm stoked on this. I like Hickman's creator owned stuff a ton.
so you are a fan of the RING RAIDERS too? ^^

BENDIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHY BENDIS???????? WHY DO YOU LOVE US SO MUCH?????????????????
I really want another Hickman-illustrated series, but this will do just fine. Super excited for this one.
My buddy just sent me a link to this, thanks for the kind words guys!
GD Batman you rock dude! I remember when you supported me way back in comicbookidol.
Chiblade thanks for taking the time to post those pages....hopefully Hickman doesn't kill me for having those posted, those will be the ones running in the next Previews!
Thanks again!
Hopefully the reason he is going through Image is because he is staying loyal to the people that welcomed him to the party; from all the interviews I have read with him, he sounds like that kind of guy.Interesting that Hickman hasn't been given access to Icon yet. I really thought his next creator book would have been done through that.
Very please to see a return to creator owned material published through Image!
