I mean, if needs be to elaborate, the weakest incarnation of post crisis Karate Kid, Waid Legion Val, can in a single punch knock 70,000 tons of ice of a structure, and otherwise can will himself into a superspeed mode that is pretty decent and well beyond anything Taskmaster can do.

He's the weakest version of this fellow.

Now, do you mean the one dying of disease and amnesiac about his own moves and identity who still proceed to split Batman's armored cowl open, take away his utility belt from him, and only go down to Black Lightning coming along to shoot him from behind?

The one who with his memories back before dying did things like literally rip apart people giving Supergirl a hard time?

The one who did the whole negate speed force channeled instant death effect by after the fact dodging?

That would be Lightning Saga Val, mostly.

If Tasky had some time to prep though, he might take him. Val's abilities are all from his martial arts, and Tasky can copy them if he can observe him for a while.

Considering how badly doing his double speed thing destroys him, I am highly dubious of an effort by him to copy Val's martial arts having any result beyond the guy exploding in a cloud of hemmorhaging.
