I don't think that's Jean, but I'm not so sure it's Hope either. Someone mentioned it was Jean's EXACT costume; and it isn't. First off, it's two different colors. The Phoenix emblem is ENTIRELY different than Jean's, this character has handless guantlets and not opera gloves and probably flats instead of Jean's gold boots.

I think that this might be Hope, but I'm not sure.

I dont think its Jean or Hope. Im going for a humanoid manifestion of the Phoenix Force

I think that is Hope being trained by Ironfist to control the Phoenix in the same way he control's his chi or what ever it is. We know she goes to Shangri-La at some point, guess it was sooner than we thought. As for the costume, it seems to be a fushion of Ironfist's costume and Phoenix. Look at the insignia closely, it has a dragon's tail and she has his guantlets. Also if you look at the previous pages from the preview you can see the Phoenix Force and Ironfist's "Dragon Force" or what ever it is, flowing into one another as they exchange chi.

I don't follow Ironfist but thats what it looks like to me.

i LOVE Jean in Avengers alliance well i love most the x-men of that games im heavily anti-avengers

If it doesn't happen in the main AvX book, I ain't buying it. After Bendis' lame attempt to retcon the Beyonder into an Inhuman, I don't have high hopes for this.

I'm still trying to get Jeanie lol...I've got 33 command points right now. She's the only X-Man I want right now. My team currently consists of Iron Man, Black Widow, Hawkeye, Dr Strange, Spider-Woman, She-Hulk, and Black Cat. I'll probably save up for Spider-Man after Phoenix.
