What do you guys think is going on here and who is that shadow guy?

As I said in the thread it seems that Beast and Jean are doing a mindwalk now whille they do the surgery and the figure will likely be adult beast, or how he sees himself. it'll probably end up being ape beast, or maybe Beast in his first unique uniform since Jean's wearing her marvel girl outfit. they could just be reliving the history in his head too.

Could be furry Beast's physic form/mind aiding them on what to do with Jean's TP. Maybe Beast will be in a coma and this is how he can still help out while his body heals or is put in stasis.

But hank is the one operating on his future self so the shadow guy can't be hank. I think its a guess character from another marvel book come to help with beast.

It looks like they're in a mental landscape though since Jean's in her mini there but still in the 05 uniform in the op room.

Also I want to know what Warren, Ororo, and Scott are looking at.

Could be and maybe parts of furry Beast's memory seeping through with Jean in her Marvel Girl look.

Storm does need to do something besides be pissed at Scott and sad eyed for Hank.

And Warren so far is the 05 party pooper, just wanting to go home and forget the whole thing.

I'm thinking the O5 decide to stay a bit to see if they can help the present. It can't be because the time travel technology breaks since there are so many ways to time travel.
