The continuity nerd in me can't help but point out that the staff writer for this misspelled Martha Wayne's maiden name, it is spelled as Kane (like Batwoman's family name) not Cain (like Cassandra Cain). On that note it is nice to see that Casssandra Cain is going to appear in the Batman: Gates of Gotham mini-series and written by Scott Synder. I thought I heard that Amethyst, princess of the Gemworld was going to appear in the Flashpoint: Secret Seven mini, but if Gail Simone is planning on writing her that is great as well. Cool on Chris Burnham's exclusivity to DC Comics since I like his art, it has a Art Adams and Frank Quitely feel to it.

Awesome that Burnham's exclusive. I really like him and want to see more.

Who on Earth is Chris Burnham? DC signing literally anyone now?

He did some great pages on Batman and Robin 16. Aside from that, I actually don't know.

TotLly misheard the question about Renee. Thought the reader was asking about an ongoing. Renee Montoya is definitely in Bop 12 and 13!

    Sorry!

Kinda figured something like that happened, considering we just saw a cover with her on it. Thanks for the correction, Gail!

Besides his work on Batman and Robin 16 he recently drew a comic called Officer Downe that was written by Joe Casey. You should definitely check it out.
Hobos frighten me. It's time my enemies shared my dread.

I am really happy that they exclusive'd (new verb) Burnham. His pages in B&R 16 were really good, and his recent covers for Inc have been insane. I looked at his portfolio on his website and every single page is fantastic. He's a lot like Quitely with a bit more of a clear sense of humor. He's really really good, this is a great pickup, totally worth the exclusive. I am also glad they signed someone who's not so "Imagey" because I think a lot of David Finch's recent work has been poor and I don't like Tyler Kirkham.

That bugs me too. It also says that Martha Wayne being a "Cain," (which of course, as you say, though a homonym, is inaccurate) was revealed in the Return of Bruce Wayne, which, even it it were spelled correctly, would by incorrect, as Martha was established as a Kane years ago, I believe after the first Crisis, and definitely by the time of Zero Hour. I have Batman issues with text pieces by Denny O'Neill that refer to Gotham's history, Batman Chronicles and Secret Files issues, that refer to Martha being a Kane from the '90s.

And finally, the same snippet refers to the upcoming "Gates of Gotham" mini series as "Gangs of Gotham." The thing was pretty full of small errors, but errors in content that present false information.

There were some confusing ways that they phrased stuff as well. The report says that someone asked Art Baltazar and Franco if Aqualad was going to be in Teen Titans, and I don't think either of those dudes are currently writing it. I assume the fan asked if he were going to be in "Tiny" Titans.

But it's forgivable and understandable. It was probably hard to hear in there.
