Brightest Day characters who can't support their own titles will move to Adventure Comics? Really?

And if I don't get my Johns-penned Aquaman, there will be hell to pay, Didio.

Love the comment that he admits the late books have gotten out of hand (hence the rescheduling of Batwoman). They manage to get that under control and I will be very impressed.

No announcements + standard DC speak.....turtlefood is not amused. You have to love where Didio talks about the importance of monthly comics over trades and then acknowledges that all these books are delayed...therefore not having that monthly experience anyways.

Yeah DC has really mastered the art of the nothing lecture. Still, I'm dissapointed to hear that Adventure Comics is going to become a showcase style book. Previously they said that AC was going to be receiving a new lead right? Now it seems they scrapped that idea. Unless there will be a story about a lead character every issue but with rotating backups?

I've been calling the Adventure Comics thing for a while, constantly suggesting it ... I was pretty surprised to see DiDio come out and say that's what they were doing with it. Either somebody listens to fans, or somebody just had the same idea.

I think Aquaman and the Hawks will be able to carry a series, but J'onn J'onzz, Firestorm and Deadman would definitely benefit from sharing an alternating Adventure Comics. And if all else fails for Aquaman and the Hawks anyway, they have that option as well.

Interesting stuff. A lot of confirmations tucked in there.

"What she wears doesn't define her." I'm gonna have to go ahead and disagree with that one. It certainly doesn't define her fully but its a big part. That would be like saying, "Having Batman run around in black shorts and a leather jacket." was ok cause "What he wears doesn't define him." it makes no sense.

fan says that he thinks DC has the best heroes in comics -- when will we see the World's Greatest Heroes back in the Justice League of America? DiDio: "So -- Wally West!" Wayne: "Isn't Wally West the new Nightwing?"

kind of sad that they didnt gave a direct answer but at least they know that ppl keep pushing on it

i hope the legion will get another title if adventure comics is going showcase style. i love having two legion books a month.

There latest excuse of batwoman delay is lame. If it's in the can what real reason is it being moved to later this year. We want it now but DC rather publish crappy 100 flashpoint books first.
Also I wish someone would call DC on these plans they keep bringing up about Captain Marvel and Shazam family. We keep hearing it and we see nothing. Shazam special didn't help that either. What plans? Come already tell us.
