Good Loser Kumagawa is out.
It's...pretty damn dark.
And wow. All-Fiction is even more ridiculous than previously thought.

Suffering is a fact of life. You survive if you find a reason to endure it.
i dont see much in the way of oversexualilzation in current top manga, save for the small bits of fan service.

Current manga hasn't toned down (check the recent Fate/Zero manga, for instance, and the umbrella scene. Then tell me that isn't ten times as extreme as anything seen in FOSN). But yeah, current anime has lost a lot of teeth in the sex and violence department, at least for the TV releases. They often leave all of that for the uncut home releases.
Spoilers....
He's a monster. You guys are right. He wins but he doesn't think he wins. He might even dislike the thought of winning(except if the reward is naked aprons). And now we get to see what he's been up to in the time prior to him showing up in Medaka box. And from the looks of it, he's been destroying many skill users from various schools.
And right now, he's still the more interesting character out there, imo.

Sometimes you lose things which you don't expect losing. It doesn't make the hurt any less.

He (claimed that he) was bringing down those who were above average. It's not that surprising that skill users were involved.

Anime?
Oh so much. The censoring is freaking ridiculous at times. Damn you... whichever combination of people is to blame for this!!!
I think there's a trend for cleaning up the airwaves and such, which is why anime gets toned down a lot.
In One Piece and Bleach alone I can think of plenty examples where scenes of violence were toned down (i.e. in the anime Gin just slashes the gate guard's arm... the the manga he chopped it off entirely), as well as some of the suggestive fanservice elements (i.e. Nel and Harribel's costumes were given a bit more fabric in the anime).
