We meet the heads of the Holy Knights, who know that there will be a war but they don't know anything else about it. That makes things difficult.

Aww, Gil has a friend. Good for him. And it's confirmed that Gil isn't one of the new generations of Holy Knights.

There's also a very interesting revelation about where the new Holy Knights are getting their powers from.

Lastly we get a glimpse of Meliodas' full power. Or at least what that used to mean.

This chapter was very insightful. It gave readers an idea of just how great Meliodas power really is and why so many new elite Holy Knights are cropping up. I really like that Gilthunder isn't one of them.

Suzuki is doing a great job of building up that there's this really destructive, catastrophic even, force hiding within Meliodas and that it is something to be feared.

I really like that twist and how it ties into Ban's side-chapter.

I really like that Gilthunder isn't one of them.

Same here. But I wonder if he's urge for revenge against the sins won't drive him to enhance his already considerable powers via the same dodgy means as the new generation at some point in the story.

I very much look forward to seeing Ban's reaction when he finds out that that thing is still out there.

I don't think Gil would go that far unless he suffered a crushing defeat. Being able to go toe-to-toe with any of the Sins and not be evidently outclassed would make that difficult I imagine, unless he fell victim to Meliodas's wrath.

And is it just me, or does Hendricksen look alot like Ban?
