Onepunch Man is one of the most violent mangas I've read.
Also, I'm on chapter 21 of Pandora Hearts and I have a really hard time keeping track on just what the hell is going on. oO

Do you want fries with that? WHO THE HELL DO YOU THINK I AM?!
The Insanity of Sasuke Uchiha
The No-Life King was both shocked and enraged when he eventually made his way outside and found Seras sparkling in the sunlight. “Police Girl, what do you think you're doing?!” Alucard bellowed, causing Seras to emit a surprised 'gasp'. “Stop that this instant!”
“Oh... M-Master, I-I was just... just...”
“You were sparkling!!!” Alucard shouted.
The Truth about FF
Unless I'm mistaken, explanations arrive soon after. (For most of it, anyway.)
What is it that has you confused?
No, he's right. Chapter 21 is "Discord", where they end up at headquarters and that bunch of totally useless nobles think that B-Rabbit is there to kill them.
Doesn't help that the translators fell asleep or something around that part and thus it's really poorly translated, which doesn't help confusion.
It's also where Jack shows up, so yeah, I can see how it'd be confusing.
Suffering is a fact of life. You survive if you find a reason to endure it.
It just has me mildly disoriented in general. I understand what's going on, more or less, but the generally enigmatic plot, slightly messy art, unforgiving pacing and the way the backstory is only told in snippets along the way makes it hard for me to stay focused.
Honestly, the tsundere demon-loli is the main reason I'm hanging in there.

Baby Steps 144-146:
Damn, this series is good at giving the readers intense matches while keeping it realistic. Just. Damn.
It's strange that after thinking that Gin doesn't care about his blades or swords due to him using it to throw dung, he would then choose to bleed himself to revive his weapon. To me, he's unpredictable.
The story of Kusanagi seems to be a sad one. And it just reinforces the idea that great depth can be hidden in comedy.
Sometimes you lose things which you don't expect losing. It doesn't make the hurt any less.
Nanatsu no Taizai 9:
I like Ban. Dude's funny and he's a bigger troll than Meliodas, and of course he instantly gets himself a bunch of neat feats.
Seems like even his own crew doesn't know why Meliodas is called the sin of wrath.
