I already know how things turn out for Kuesu. Should be epic though.

So I decided to check out Nanatsu no Taizai

In the first three chapters we have a guy destroying a cliffside and an entire forest with one swordswing each and a guy that can deflect said swordswings easily

It's even more ridiculous than that. The guy took his own forest-splicing slash reflected to the face and didn't even fall down.

Then he got utterly demolished by a swing that didn't actually hit him. (At least, from what I'm seeing.)

end of spoilers is ridiculous, going by that feat. And his statement indicates that he'd hit even harder with a real weapon.

And his senses are ridiculous. He picked up on the spear right when it was thrown.

In the author's other series, the totally rad Kongou Banchou: I'm honestly a tiny bit let down. I mean, it was hilariously awesome seeing Hikyo Banchou just upstage a dude whose bag is being tricky and ruthless at every turn but I'm kind of sad he didn't use his Ayatori at any point.

Good strength feat though, while the dude can soak prolonged gatling gun fire to the face with nary a scratch. One blitz from a barehanded Hikyo Banchou has him on the floor and bleeding.

Been rereading Kandachime.

This manga seriously almost seems to have been written for me.

Witch Hunter is finally back after like a year.

I was just about to pick that up again. It's depressing that I don't appear to have missed much.

Hmm, after a while of seeing it being updated, I decided to give Green Blood a try. I'm kind of mixed with it in my opinion.

On one hand, the premise and setting is actually pretty neat for a seinen series, as I didn't expect someone to do a story taking place at the Five Points. But this only makes me wish to see Bill the Butcher in there...The way Daniel Day-Lewis portrayed Bill in the film Gangs of New York.

But on the other...In my opinion, I'm kind of unsure the direction it's taking as I read about 16 chapters thus far. For all I know, it could be a short run series from the looks of things.
