It is a pretty awesome potential endgame we have right here. I've been looking forward to this Maka & co vs. Chrona match-up for quite some time now and by the look of the set-up it'll really deliver.

I also doubt that Asura is entirely suppressed. He's probably just enjoying swiming around in the dark blood.

Y'know, I'm hoping that Kami manages to make an appearance for the manga's end. (Unless she's so much of a deadbeat mom, she'll let her daughter handle the Eltrich abomination because "she has faith in her".)

If there's anybody I'd like to see Kami beat the crap out of it would be Medusa. So I'm kind of hoping that Medusa makes another back from the dead stunt, kicks around the kids and then Kami shows up to kick her ass.

The Eldrich abomanation is just something that every youngester has to deal with at least once in their life.

Next up is Boring Leo... man I miss Taurus already. Guy was badass and has Franky's voice.

A fair amount of Cardfight!! Vanguard involves Aichi cosplaying as/being his cards.

That isn't really surprising given his "My avatar!" deal (and the canon tendency of his vanguards to just be him in armor)...

But I admit that finding not-terrible art of him as Dragonic Overlord or Soul Savior Dragon surprised me. (No sign of Phantom Blaster Dragon though.)

EDIT: Oh and while I'm on the subject of Vanguard, apparently there's also a reason why the Season 2 PSYqualia makes people evil, it being powered by an evil force or something.
...This does nothing to explain why it sucks so bad compared to the Season 1 equivalent in term of effectiveness, and doesn't explain why Aichi forgot his own character development.
But hey, it's something at least.
...Not sure if it's enough to make me start watching it again though.

I really enjoyed the fact Kanzaki is one Hell of a Combat Pragmatist in a cooking match of all things...Yet keeps adding his own yogurt drinks onto his own dish whenever he can.

Not to mention it ends with a rather anti-climatic rock paper scissors match, making the whole chapter rather pointless.

Which only makes it hilarious as Hell.

I really enjoyed the fact Kanzaki is one Hell of a Combat Pragmatist in a cooking match of all things...Yet keeps adding his own yogurt drinks onto his own dish whenever he can.

Once for winning the competition in the most efficient manner possible and the other is just because he has weird tastes. I also liked how the fact that he gave Furuichi an opening with the sushi rice didn't turn out to be a winning deal for Furuichi and poor Nene.

Not to mention it ends with a rather anti-climatic rock paper scissors match, making the whole chapter rather pointless.

Which only makes it hilarious as Hell.

Leave it to Beelzebub to have what is basically a filler chapter be utterly brilliant in its hilarity. No lessons were learned. Stuff happened. The stuff that happened was for the most part pointless. It was awesome.

Kanzaki is now one step closer to victory!

Himari has weapon-TK and Kuesu is getting in touch with her inner-shounen hero.

Not quite sure what was going on with people firing at Shizuku though.

Not that anybody cares... but I'm almost finished the Dark Tournament in YYH. The pacing is so damn fast compared to the anime! No complaints though.
