Respect the Mamudo Children!
Eyeshield 21 is my favorite sports manga. I especially liked the fact that the Devil Bats lose quite a few times, so each new game stays exciting. Well, until the finales because then you just know that they are going to win.
But as a person who doesn't know rules of American football I have to ask: how accurate is the manga about that?

Campione! episode 2 is out and hoo boy is it awesome:
So is one of Goudou's new powers being a totally pimp? Or is it some kind of emergent property you gain when you can do things like make it rain golden swords and THROW A GIANT BOAR AT YOUR ENEMIES!
I mean, what the hell was that!?! He just went and destroyed the Colosseum because fuck it, if you could throw giant boars around, you would do the same! It was so awesome it gave me awesomegasm!
And man, I already love Erica. She's so wonderfully straightforward. For once we get a female lead who's honest about her feelings and acts on them instead of playing some silly games. Also I like that she's a woman with strong convictions and lots of pride but isn't holier-than-thou about it. And she has a sword and can summon a mecha lion that shoots laser beams! Awesome!
The plot thickens and we get some good foreshadowing. Will be interesting to see what's it all about and meet the other Campione. Especially the guy called John Pluto Smith-sama. Best name ever, or best name ever?
Also Hertic God attacks next week! If it's the one we met this episode then I'm betting on Athena, because of the whole owl thing.
So yeah the second episode is 10/10 and the series continues to be awesome! Will so continue to watch this.

I like Goudou. He's cool, pretty funny and seems to have a fairly sensible head on him in regards to how he's dealing with the situation. And yes, so far he has quite an awesomely over-the-top arsenal of abilities at his disposal.
I also liked how his sister summed up the conventions of this kind of anime at the start of the episode. Fun meta-comment.
Agreed on everything here. Overall I'm rather interested in where Erica and Goudou's relationship will go from here now that her intentions have been made abundantly clear and it doesn't look like she'll be going anywhere soon.
Yes. That is an awesome name. Hopefully the dude will be as awesome as his name is.
Akame ga Kill!
Esdese is some unholy mix of unwinnable boss fight, crazy sadist and loving girlfriend.
It is hilarious.

Sword Art Online 2.
Pretty good episode. I do like how fast-paced the fights are.
The opening is fine, if a bit...hard to follow.

Esdese is a completely insane character. Somehow she can pull out all those things convincingly. I mean, have you seen those doodles?
I totally feel for Tatsuim. His situation isn't good in any sense.
Also the new guy looks like a Flamboyant Scar. And has powers even more hax than Esdese. I wonder how is he related to PM.
Id
Id used Sword/Heart. Now Percer is officially screwed.
"I checked the abandoned warehouse, only to find it abandoned..."
Yeah, that made me laugh.
Well, at least he's not in any physical danger right now.
I...wouldn't go that far. We haven't seen what he can really do, but his ability to teleport people obviously has limits. And he hasn't really shown the sheer firepower and speed that Esdese just did.
I doubt he'll be stronger than her. His powers will probably be more complex though.
Sword/Heart is the logical ending of the power-up one-upmanship they had going on.
I do wonder how well Percer will do against the Id who exploded God by pointing at him and considered Chaos!God a mild annoyance at best. If the others thought the fight was ridiculously high-level before...
Although, I note that Id is still holding Lamia, so it might not be a complete fusion. We'll have to see.

And yet, somehow she's still convincing as an sadistic sociopath AND overpowered-boss.
Not physically, no. But he's in grave danger of getting attached to the person who's The Dragon of their greatest enemy. This could cause him lot of emotional turmoil in the future.
Ability to teleport people what seems to be hundred of kilometers seems really hax. And if there's no limitation regarding the direction of teleportation, that's an one hit kill against pretty much anything. Spatial manipulation is hax.
He migth not be stronger than her, but I wouldn't be surprised if he was much trickier to fight.
I sure hope Id mops the floor with him. Percer total conceit is getting on my nerves. He shouldn't be more powerful than God.
Wasn't that because Lamia lacked physical form in the past?
