I dunno. Namor is too ALPHA MALE for Storm. I mean it'll be a yelling match every other story, though I do see what some are saying about her standing up to him. Looks good on paper, but I don't see it in a practical setting.
Has Namor ever imprisoned any of his girlfriends in constructs built to inhibit their abilities and hold them against their will? Has he ever let any of them get manhandled by Dr Doom?

I utterly retract my earlier musing. Namor is clearly a color-blind lover, something I should have anticipated from his diverse origins. For Storm, who is a one-woman racial melting-pot, he is the perfect partner. Mostly for reasons other than her race, though.
Namor is a lover to those who live on the edge. Storm has shown a consistent attraction to this sort of man - Wolverine's conquests also drop like flies and Storm's persistent chemistry with him is equally evident.
T'Challa is the opposite - he surrounds himself with women to make him feel safe. No wonder Storm feels redundant in Wakanda.
"I don't know how to please you Lord, but I think the fact I try to please you, pleases you."
Most superheroes have bad track records with their loved ones. Look at Wolverine.
Lady Dorma was murdered by a rival and the enemies of Namor.
Marrina went Plodex and Namor was forced to kill her.
Patience Drew was a 18th century pirate who couldn't leave that time period when Namor was returned to the present.
Betty Dean and Namor parted, when Atlantean duties called him away. She married and lived to a grand age, until she met up with Namor again and became the adopted mother of Namorita at his request. She was turned into an amphibian by a mad scientist who randomly hijacked her and Namorita's plane and was thrown back into Namor's world. She died saving a chained Namor from being shot by one of his enemies.
Diane Arliss and Namor probably weren't lovers, but they had strong attraction and was meant to be the third in a triangle. Diane was definitely infatuated. When Namor married Lady Dorma, she put aside her feeling for Namor. Eventually she married Stingray and they both remain friends with Namor.
Tamara, Carrie Alexander and Namora all parted on good terms with Namor and continue to be his friend and ally. Tamara had a relationship with Tigershark, when he was in his right mind, and of course, Namora has had her share of liaisons also, though I don't think she's seeing anyone now.
The only women Namor usually has a problem with are the ones he refuses.
Namor has no sister. If your jibe is meant at his royal cousin, Namora, she appears to have refused the proposal. AFAIK, Namor doesn't know that Marrina was resurrected. FVL has said the new Alpha Flight isn't going to include Namor. Currently in the 616, there's no relationship with Storm, much less marriage.
